"...What a wonderful trip we had and we owe it all to your wonderful itinerary, quides, and hotels/lodges you arranged. They were on time, from meeting us at the airports to taking us on excusions. The hotel in Cusco was nice, and Maria was so nice and informative. Machu Picchu was all we hoped it would be and more, again the accomadations were perfect. The Inkaterra hotel in Aquas Calientes, was beautiful, we wished we had another night there, because we got it late and left early, so didn't get a chance to explore the property. The Amazon was an adventure, we are very glad we picked the lodge with air condition, and took advantage of the pool daily. My favorite side trip was the Ceiba Tops and Canopy Walkway....Finally Bacillio, our guide in the Amazon, was amazing and so knowledgeable. Thank you for arranging our trip and your help."

"The Cattleya riverboat trip was great! I am sorry I have not communicated that with you yet, it was my intent but things got super busy back here. The two people we had the most interaction with were Ronnie in the dining room and he made up our cabin and Charlie are guide. They were both top-notch. The other guys were very good as well, we just didn’t have that much interaction with them. We’ve had the opportunity to travel quite a bit and we both agreed this is the best trip we’ve ever been on. We also have a video of Charlie catching an anaconda and my holding it. If you’ve not seen it I’ll try to forward it to you. Again great trip!"

"Thank you so much for setting up our trip to Peru, we had a very wonderful time! All our guides Anna, Roberto, Eddie and Jhon were excellent. Very professional and informative. We learned so many things about the country, the cultures and the people. We also saw some really cool and interesting things. The support staff was also great and made sure we were comfortable and well fed. Everything went smoothly and we were well taken care of. We were a little confused on the tipping because not only did we have a guide for each area but a driver or boatman plus an office person that was assigned to us to make sure we got to each destination without a hitch, so we used our discretion when it came to tipping. Our horse riding experience at Salineras Ranch also went very well. The horses were well trained and cared for and we had another fun day there. I knew Peru would be interesting but WOW! It is a country rich with history, culture and beauty. The warmth and friendliness of the people made us feel welcome and safe. I have already recommended Greentracks to several friends. Thank you again for arranging such a memorable trip!!!!"

"We’re back in Santa Fe and we had a fantastic time on our trip. Will write more later. Thanks for all the arrangements you made for us. La Perla river trip was awesome and Inka Terra hotel in Aguas Calientes was incredible!"

Pam French, 2019

"Dear Green Tracks... Just had to write and tell you how much I enjoyed my herping adventure! I've never done anything like this and didn't know what to expect but I'm so glad I went! The lodges were clean and comfortable and the food was good ....the activities were well organized without being overly structured... Bill along with the guides from Explorama were the icing on the cake....extemely knowledgeable, personable, and just fun to talk to. I would highly recommend Green Tracks to anyone looking for a trip slightly out of the ordinary...well done!"

Heather Krane, 2018

"The Manu birding tour and Machu Picchu trips we did through GreenTracks were great. I was amazed how organized and professional the team was. Our guide Lady provided an informative tour of Machu Picchu. William our birding guide was extremely knowledgeable and very accommodative to our requests. The weather was quite rainy but we knew this would be a possibility when we booked the trip for the start of the rainy season. The van drivers, boat drivers and lodge staff were very professional and gave outstanding service. We managed to find approx. 240 bird species, 6 species of monkeys and one sloth and got some great photographs. William is an amazing birder and I would highly recommend him to anyone going on a Peru birding trip. Thanks very much for your efforts and to GreenTracks for making this a very memorable and enjoyable trip."

Lennart Sopuck, 2018

"We had an amazing time on our Peruvian vacation. The river boat and hotel accommodations met or exceeded expectations. The various guides were first rate and we learned so much about the Amazon Rainforest and the Inca culture. We saw wonderful wildlife on the Amazon. The in country ground transport was consistently on time. We particularly appreciated how Green Tracks helped us make adjustments to the itinerary as needed."

Nathalie & Fred Woolfrey, 2018

"Patricia and I just returned from our two week vacation on Saturday morning. We want to thank you and your team for providing us with the best experience of our lives. The information and detailed itinerary you provided prior to our trip prepared us completely. The 7 day Amazon cruise on La Perla was first class on a budget. Our room was very nice, clean and the air conditioning was fantastic. The crew provided top notch service and Patricia (cruise director) made sure everything was perfect. The food was outstanding and the boat was comfortable. The land and boat excursions were informative and exciting and our guides  were great, friendly and knowledgeable. After our Amazon trip we flew to Cusco and a private guide and driver took us to the Sacred Valley. The next day we took the train to Aguas Calientes with our guide where we had an amazing experience with two days at Machu Picchu. Back at Cusco we had a great guided tour as well. Scott and the rest of your team made sure we had our plane boarding passes, checked in on us and simply rounded out a perfect vacation. We really didn’t have to plan anything. You and your team did it all.

Barry and Patricia Weiss, 2018

"Last month I had the opportunity to participate in the Moche Route tour. I apologize for not getting this note off sooner, but I did want to let you know what an AMAZING time we had! The trip was really fascinating and our tour guide, Mercedes, was absolutely wonderful! She really made the history come alive for us and we could tell she was very passionate about the history of Peru. While we went on to see the more famous parts of Peru, for me, these three days were the highlight of our trip. I would go back in a heartbeat, and I’d want Mercedes as my guide again! I’d recommend her to anyone I knew that was visiting that area of Peru. The hotels were nice; the van and driver were great. Many thanks to you and your team for such a wonderful experience.”

Paula Hooser, 2017

"Visiting the Peruvian rainforest with GreenTracks was a wonderful adventure and learning opportunity. We saw amazing birds, monkeys, and caiman. We saw clear black water rivers and gorgeous double rainbows. And we met amazing people, willing to teach us about their lives and culture with openness and kindness.
