TRIP COSTS MAY INCLUDE: All tours and services in the destination country, hotel, boat and lodge accommodations, transfers, and ground transportation. Meals specifically listed in your itinerary. Accommodations and services listed in the trip itinerary are subject to change, but substitutions will be of similar or better quality.
NOT INCLUDED: Airfare to your destination. Passport or visa fees, foreign exit taxes, immunizations, beverages, laundry, telephone or telegraph charges, excess baggage, gratuities, insurance, any expense of a personal nature. Meals not listed as specifically included in the itinerary.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS: Every traveler is responsible for their own travel documents. This includes passports, visas and medical certificates. Check the requirements for travel to and from the countries of origin and destination on your itinerary.
RESERVATION AND PAYMENT: Reservations will be accepted upon receipt of a $200 deposit fee per person, with a completed trip application. Final payment of balance due must be made not later than 45 days prior to departure date. Credit cards are accepted for deposits only. If balance is not paid when due, GreenTracks, Inc. reserves the right to treat the reservation as canceled with loss of deposit. In any event, $50 of the deposit is considered a registration fee, is non-refundable and covers administrative costs. If a particular trip has less than the minimum number of people booked to depart, those people booked will be given the option of tier pricing, transferring their payments to another trip or canceling at no penalty to them.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you wish to cancel your trip, for any reason, you must notify GreenTracks, Inc., by phone and in writing. If you cancel 30 days or more prior to departure, you will receive a full refund, less a minimum $50 administrative cost fee. Cancellation 29 days and less prior to departure will receive as a refund, only those moneys we can recover from our suppliers and outfitters, less the $50 administrative fee. NOTE: We seldom receive any refunds from our suppliers after the 30 day pre-departure point. Assume that if you cancel under 30 days, you will not receive any refund. PURCHASE TRAVELERS INSURANCE if you are concerned about this possibility. Unused tour features are neither refundable nor exchangeable once the tour is in progress. Inka Trail Permits and service fees are non-refundable. Some hotels are now requiring pre-payment far in advance to hold reservations. Any fees we pay to do so are not refundable even if you cancel 30 days prior to departure.
RESPONSIBILITY AND LIABILITY: In some cases, GreenTracks, Inc. in operating these land and air arrangements acts only as agents for airlines, railroads, bus contractors, ship lines, hotels and local tourist offices providing these services, and as agents are not liable for any loss, injury or damage sustained due to the action or inaction, performance or non-performance of others. If additional expenses are incurred through delays, accidents or the disruption of advertised schedules beyond the control of GreenTracks, Inc., such expenses must be borne by the passenger(s). The right to alter any tour arrangement is reserved by GreenTracks, Inc. All rates and schedules are subject to change without notice. Any unused portion of package is non-refundable after commencement of tour.
