How to book a GreenTracks tour.
Decided to travel with us?
We are pleased you have decided to make GreenTracks your adventure and ecotravel provider. We will assist you with planning a trip you will remember with pleasure.
Please, if you have decided to join one of our tours, call or e-mail us to be sure there is an opening for you, before you send the application. We will prepare an itinerary especially for you and your traveling companions with the dates and tours you have decided upon. We will work out the logistics to make the individual components of your trip work smoothly together.
After we receive your acceptance of the itinerary we develop, we will need your Application and Deposit to make the booking. When we receive your application, several things will happen concurrently: We will book and ask for confirmation from all the hotels, lodges and boats that are part of your itinerary. We will confirm to you. We will let you know if any changes need to be considered and work out the details with you. We will invoice you for your tour and send you a pre-departure package with important information to assist you in preparation for your trip.
APPLICATION
To book a tour program with GreenTracks, you will need to submit an Application & Release of Liability with a deposit for each person traveling. Most tours and services require a $200 deposit per person. Some tour programs may require a larger deposit. We must have both an application and a deposit to make a confirmed booking for you.
We accept VISA - MasterCard - American Express - Discover - for deposits only.
The application can be obtained by calling the GreenTracks office or by download below. The download document format is an Adobe Acrobat document (pdf). This form can be filled out on your computer within Adobe Reader, then printed, signed, and faxed to us at 1-303-484-5425. Scanned copies of completed forms sent by e-mail as jpg or pdf files are also acceptable.
